Terms of Purchase

These terms apply to every order you submit through our website. When you complete checkout and submit payment, you enter into a purchase agreement under these terms, alongside our shipping policy and refund policy. All transactions are settled in United States Dollars.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide, including your name, shipping address, and payment details, is true and accurate. You confirm that you are legally able to enter a purchase agreement and that your payment method is valid and authorized for use.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. We may cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraudulent activity, inventory shortages, listing errors, shipping restrictions to your location, or other circumstances that make fulfillment impractical. If we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Title and ownership of purchased goods transfer to you once the package is successfully delivered to the shipping address you provided. Risk of loss or damage during transit is covered by us until the carrier confirms delivery. After delivery, responsibility for the items passes to you.

Product colors, sizes, and appearances shown in photos may have minor differences due to screen display variations. We describe product functions and features honestly, but visual discrepancies between the screen image and received item do not automatically qualify for return unless the product differs materially from the description.

We are not liable for damages caused by improper use, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow safe usage instructions for our cleaning products. You are responsible for reviewing product guidance and using items only for their intended purposes.
